A website whether new or being redesigned go through four phases to ensure success.
Phase 1: Front End Design – Form meets function
After you provide the materials for the site as well as your answers to the questionnaire given during project kick-off, we can begin planning the front-end design of your site.
For big sites or sites with special functionality, I will provide you first with a site wireframe mockup showing the navigation, layout and/or functionality screen flows for your approval prior to starting the front-end design work. Why

Phase 2: Build – You relax while I do the work
The approved design will now be converted into a WordPress template and any additional functionality that needs to be added via third-party plugins will be integrated as well. Then the template will now be populated with your content and once all the content has been laid out, it will undergo internal testing and QA.
Phase 3: Review – Client preview before launch
Once internal QA has been completed, the entire site will now be uploaded online and be made accessible via a private url so you can begin reviewing the site. This will serve as the user acceptance test. Upon final sign-off, the site will now be delivered via an upload to your host’s server and made available to your audience.
Phase 4: Deploy & Support – Guaranteeing your satisfaction
The support phase officially starts upon go-live. The website’s warranty period will last for 60 days and any issues identified within that period which are determined to be in-scope, will be fixed free-of-charge.

- Provide me with a list of all issues you want fixed.
- I will asses your site if I can fix it successfully.
- If yes, upon your approval I will backup the critical WordPress components (i.e. database, all plugins, css files, your theme & pertinent PHP modules) of your site to my development server.
- I will recreate the issue locally.
- If issue is replicated, I will diagnose issue and send a work estimate with price quote.
- Upon deposit, I will begin fixing issue. If issue is successfully fixed, I will inform you how many hours it took to fix and what type of files were fixed and send you the total remaining balance. A screen capture video will be provided so you can evaluate the fix – and upon full payment we will proceed with next step.
- I will upload the fixed copy of the site on my server and make it accessible to you via a private URL where you can further review and test for up to a week
- Once you finally approve of the fix, then I will apply it to your site.
